Hampton Inn West Palm Beach-Florida Turnpike

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was very accommodating even though they did not speak any English. Luckily, I was with a friend who could handle this. Breakfast was satisfying and had something for everyone.

The breakfast ladies did an excellent job of keep the breakfast area stocked with so many people to feed. Felicia Lewis went above and beyond to make me oatmeal when they had grits out Sunday morning. She overheard my comment about looking for oatmeal and offered to make me some. Shortly Felicia brought two bowls to my table, one for me and my mom. Excellent service of seeing and meeting the need.

The breakfast was good, better than the average standard breakfast you get in the US. Temperatures were not too cold (for the European feeling), free ample parking, quiet hotel, despite being so near to the Interstate 1. We had nothing to complain about and we can surely recommend to give this place a visit.

the location

The hotel is outstanding for a stay. The rooms were big and the beds were really comfortable and were really big. The hotel breakfast was awesome and was delicious. Check inn and check out wad really quick and the staff was also friendly. The bathroom was really big and clean. And the best part was that the staff gave us a upgraded room because we booked 1 king bed and there were no more king beds so they gave us a room with 2 queen beds which we wanted 😀.
